Well 9 days in bottles isn’t very long, but I couldn’t wait any longer. Knowing that the beer will improve as it ages just makes leaving it alone that much harder. It tastes pretty excellent already!

Nice dude.
That’s a nice looking beer you have there?
Was there a malty caramel flavor to that or did it get hidden behind your hops? It definitely looks like it turned out well in your photo.
What do you use for a camera? I was looking through all of your photos and you have some really nice photos. My camera sucks…
Great work and nice blog!

Mike’s Brew Review
Thanks, Mike. There is definitely a caramel-ish malt character to the brew. The hops balance pretty nicely, I’d say it’s really not as bitter as the style ought to be. Still, the beer is very enjoyable. My friends and I will have no problem drinking all 5 gallons.
As far as the camera goes my photos are all taken either with my Canon 5D or my Canon G9. If I want to really show off the product, I opt for the 5D with my nice glass. If I’m just documenting something I want to look at later I go for the G9. The G9 is with me all the time though. Great camera for photojournalism, which was kind of my thing for a while.
