There is definitely a caramel-ish malt character to the brew. The hops balance pretty nicely, I'd say it's really not as bitter as the style ought to be. Still, the beer is very enjoyable. My friends and I will have no problem drinking all 5 gallons. As far as the camera goes my photos are all taken either with my Canon 5D or my Canon G9. If I want to really show off the product, I opt for the 5D with my nice glass. If I'm just documenting something I want to look at later I go for the G9. The G9 is with me all the time though.
